If you are looking for IF coverage and don't have a state mandate... I am in Indiana where there is ZERO mandated coverage, but my hubby just got a job with Sallie Mae who will pay up to 10k per year (I think it is per year - waiting for the paperwork) for IF treatment. So, if you are in a position to change jobs, Sallie Mae might be a good place to look. Also, note, since SM is cutting jobs back, my hubby got a position in collections, which unfortunately for everyone else is the only department NOT cutting back. ...Just in the off chance it might help one of you.
