Ok girls I read an article in the June issue of health magazine. It was very interseting. It was about foods that can help with infertility and foods that can make infertility worse. I'll get to the good stuff it said you need to eat full fat ice cream (yaaah) there is something in the fat that makes the ovaries work better they said to eat it twice a week to get the full effects it can reduce your risk of infertility by up to 38%. and to get your daily iron from pasta, cereal, legumes, fruits and veggies instead of meats. something about the iron being easier to absorb increasing egg development. You are also supposed to avoud low fat and fat free dairy that means yogurt and milk it can increase your risk of infertility by 85% (holy crap). Limit trans fats they increase inflammation. And avoid caffine it limits the blood flow to the uterus. I wonder how much more weight I will gain with those lovely changes to my diet.

I gave my 2 week notice last Friday 13th. Now to join you fine people in a life of leisure and nothing else to do but to look out for myself....is it just me or does that sound pretty boring?
