I want to apologize to everyone on the list for not getting my cards done. There was lots of crazy stuff going on as I am sure there was for most of you. The biggest things were that my best friend's brother is sick and they aren't sure with what. He hsa had the symptoms for a while but his wife was pg so he thought it was stress. Well she had a beautiful healthy little girl and he is still sick. Now we are waiting for the results from his colon cancer and pancreatic cancer tests. Then on Dec 18 a good friend of mine had her little boy. I wrote a journal entry about them a while back. The doctors took him six weeks early. He weighed 3 lbs 11 oz and has been steadily losing weight. He is in the nicu and it is a day to day battle. They have three other young kids at home. And finally a friend of a friend is looking for someone to adopt their 11 month old grandson. The bio mother is a terrible drug addict and the grandmother has been diagnosed with breast cancer and can't care for him. They are looking for a local christian couple and my husband's best friend coaches their son. So he told them about us and now we are in a flurry of paperwork trying to get a house get it inspected and so on. I have something for all of you on the list. And i will get it in the mail next week. Sorry again and thanks for being so understanding.

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips. Not interested in being with couples and kids,,,I realize a cruise ship will have a portion size of families and couples, but perhaps they also put together a part of the cruise ship for groups of widows/widowers????
