Havent made it to ER or ET BUT wanted to know if the DS ladies can share their experience on the ET, not the ER(heard the stories on that and Im a bit nervous). I know I had a mock transfer and I had to have a full bladder to do that! But I see that with the ER, DS ladies are still in a bit of pain! Please share any comments, tips, advise, etc! BTW, my ER is 12/17 and ET 12/20.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
I think it was more emotional for me because I knew they were putting our embryos back in me.
Nothing to be afraid of. And the ER pain, if you have any at all, really goes away and then it is a thing of the past. It is nothing to be afraid of. I will be doing round #2 next week. I guess it is a little easier when you know a little more of what to expect.
Oh, one word of advice... When we went in for ET, my bladder was full. But I had to wait longer then planned and could not hold my bladder. I had a big bottle of water with me so I could keep adding what I was letting out. My bladder seemed to be filling quickly that day. So you may want to bring water with you.
Good luck!! :-)
