This is it! My ER is first thing Tues am. I'm finally getting excited and also just plain anxious. (I've been in neutral, just plugging along up until now!) I scheduled my last acupuncture appointment before all this starts for 5:30 am (yes, 5:30am! YIKES!) - have to be on the road by 6:30am, at the clinic by 7:30, and procedure at 8am. Any last words of advice? Things to do tonight/tomorrow morning to help? (I know, relax!) I'd also appreciate your positive thoughts, prayers, crossed fingers, good wishes . . . anything you find lucky! Thanks a bunch!! You ladies have been SO awesome - throughout all of this, I don't know what I'd have done without all of you here!! Truckloads of baby dust for us all!! Let it snow!! Let it snow!! Let it snow!! (With baby dust, that is!)

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
Good luck to you, I wll say lots of prayers. Bring a pillow in the car so you can lay back on the ride home, too! Baby dust to you!!!!!!!!!!!!
