So I wrote a couple of days ago about some pinkish mucus during my time on BCP... Now tonight I have the real deal, with AF coming right on its own schedule, right through BCP. Theoretically I am supposed to continue BCP through this weekend and take my last one on 10/31 (six days from now), and see them in clinic on 11/1 for US and labs... I guess I will call them in the morning, when I will be CD1 or CD2, depending on how you count. Any ideas what they will do? And do you think I should take my BCP tonight as scheduled?? I REALLY REALLY hope that they don't cancel this IVF cycle and restart next month. I am SO hoping that this cycle works -- then the baby (if I get a BFP) would be born in July or August, just in time to make the school deadline and s/he would be just two years younger (and two grades instead of three) behind my daughter. I know that just getting a positive is all that really matters, but for some reason I'm sort of fixated on every month. At 41, almost 42, I don't have a cycle to waste.....

I gave my 2 week notice last Friday 13th. Now to join you fine people in a life of leisure and nothing else to do but to look out for myself....is it just me or does that sound pretty boring? My goal was to live to retire and I guess having to take early retirement because of health reasons wasn't exactly the way I had planned things. I just can't stay in that building that is reeking mildew...
