So I just keep on wondering just how much money my children are going to cost my DH and I even before they are concieved.
I keep thinking to myself all of the money we have spent so far even without the money we have paid to our RE so far.
We have:
prenatal Vitamins: $25.00 Kroger brand.. I can't take the perscription ones...
Clear Blue Easy Fertility monitor: $200.00 w/o testing strips
CBE testing strips: $40.00 for 3 mo. supply
HPT galore.... I feel like I am always buying them.
Vitamins for DH: Calcium, Vit. C, Multi vit.
Those are just the things I can think of right off hand.
Then the RE bills:
25.00 co pay each visit. then atleast $200.00 -$280.00 per procedure being a US of an IUI.
Then the meds that went along $70.00 for the Chlomid $80 for the trigger shot....
Now when I balance my check book I know where all of our money is going....
These babies are not even here yet and they are putting us in the poor house...LOL

Today is my 25th birthday, to my somewhat lack of surprise I can see already no one really seems to care. I've always been the kinda person to make sure that everyone I Care about feels appreciated and knew somebody had their back. I can count 4 times this year when I Went out of my way to make sure a "friend" felt good on their birthday, especially if they got left hanging. Its early in the...
Kids are expensive. It's manageable because you only do what you can do. You just have to be organized. For example, when I was pregnant, I bought a pack of diapers every time I went to the store. I stocked up on stuff. I also received a lot of things at my baby showers.
You seem like a planner and I'm sure you will budget accordingly as the kids get older.
Best of luck in your cycle!
