Hi all, just found this site, after already joining some others. I had a complete hysterectomy over five years ago and I haven't been able to get a straight answer from any Dr. about whether I'm still suppose to have paps done. I'm assuming since there is a space up there, that diseases could still be possible, but no one will tell me what I'm suppose to do. What have you all been told?

Hello I’m new to this group, thought I’d share my findings.I researched my own “anti-inflammatory diet” Which is mostly a Mediterranean Diet, gluten free, dairy free, increase H2O intake, no alcohol.
