At age 42, I had to have a hysterectomy after 12 months of breast cancer treatment. 3 months later, I am having problems with a prolapsed bladder. Usually, they give you estrogen replacement therapy to help. Since my breast cancer was estrogen positive, I can't have that. Has anyone else had this bladder problem? What did you do to get it fixed? I do kegals like crazy and they aren't really helping. I don't want to do another surgery (Had 4 in the last year). Any advice???

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips. Not interested in being with couples and kids,,,I realize a cruise ship will have a portion size of families and couples, but perhaps they also put together a part of the cruise ship for groups of widows/widowers????
