I was diagnosed shortly after becoming vegetarian with hypothyroidism. At the time I was in transition and supplementing with lots of soy products (Soy milk, soy chicken, boca burgers, etc.). After I started reading about my condition it warned that soy can be a contributor to hypothyroidism. I have been very wary of eating processed soy since. I just wondered if anyone has had this experience.
