Well today, my anxiety levels are up! I went to the doctor a few days ago just for a normal routine physical and I walked out of there completely in shock. Last year I was diagnosed with Hashimoto hypothyroidism disease. It's been under control and I thought that would be the end of hearing anything about my thyroid. Well, at my physical, my doctor was feeling my throat and the 'ohs' and looks she was giving worried me. She said she wanted me to get an ultrasound done on my thyroid (because of lumps she felt). I went 2 days ago and the technition took way to long ultrasounding my throat.....I've had two babies and a pregnant belly is much bigger than my skinny little neck and it took so long for her to ultrasound my neck. So, when she was finished I got up and asked her if she found anything bad in there....she said, "well I can't say much but you do have nodules on both sides". I'm 29 years old and have 2 children....how can I have cancer??? I can't even imagine if I do....I will not let them cut my neck...I just won't!!! So, I should find out today what the full results are....with my luck my doctor won't call me until Monday which this weekend will be completely anxiety filled!!! Please keep your fingers crossed for me and hope and pray for the best! If anyone has anything to offer it would be greatly appreciated.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
My ENT sent me for more tests last week...one where they had me lie back in a chair, with blacked out goggles on so I couldn't see while they administered water into my ears one at a time ( first warm, then room-tempurature, then cold) while they video taped my eyes and asked me questions to determine how cognizant I was... This test went HORRIBLY. They were about 20 seconds or so into...
