Ok, I\'m new to this hypothyroidism thing, but I\'ve been doing some reading. Some of the literature lists sensitivity to cold as one of the effects of hypothyroidism. How cold are we talking? I\'ve lived in northern Iowa for quite a while and remember times when we were officially colder than the North Pole.....No, I\'m not exagerating. Am I going to have to be extra protective in the cold weather that is starting to arrive? It\'s only 36 degrees F here today but I know it is going to get colder soon.
