Hi I am new here and I joined DS because of the different diagnosis that I have. My TSH is 6.14 and I was wondering if there is an alternative to taking real medications like maybe some foods I should eat or supplements I should buy. It is more difficult for me to find the ones I can take cause I have liver disease as well so I have to know it wont affect it. Anyone knows anything about it? Also is TSH level 6.14 considered very high? Can it go down on it's own?
