Hi everyone I am new here, and just getting familiar with everything. I have hypothyroidisim and have had it for about nine years. I recently switched from the generic version of synthroid to synthroid to see if that will help with my fatigue/energy. Any thoughts?

I have been on Synthroid for over 10 years and compared to how tired I felt BEFORE I went on Synthroid, it has definitely made a difference in my life. Good luck...I hope it works for you.

I've read that generic Synthroids often vary in strength. And I've read that many people who switched from the generic to brand have had great success. I hope it works for you! I'm on 120mg of Armour Thyroid. It seems to work better for me than the T4 only meds.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse.
