Hi everyone--altho I am not new to having hypoglycemia, I AM new to it being this bad...I am going though alot of diagnostic testing for various symptoms I have been experiencing, but my hypoglycemia has also been kicked up a bunch of notches in the past 3 weeks. I have been having to test all day long, do the frequent meals, and even test in the middle of the night, and eat a glucose tab if necessary..and it HAS been necessary. My question is this: how many of you have H so severely that it is all you are doing, all the time? Or is it that it is still feeling so new to me? I am not sleeping well at all...wake multiple times in the night...waking very early each day...I am trying to put together an eating plan for myself, until I can get an appt with a nutritionist. I did start on a regiment from the health food store, and it MAY be raising my levels a bit, but not sure if that is what is doing it...I am just trying to learn to live this way.. Any thing you can tell me would be helpful--Val

I gave my 2 week notice last Friday 13th. Now to join you fine people in a life of leisure and nothing else to do but to look out for myself....is it just me or does that sound pretty boring? My goal was to live to retire and I guess having to take early retirement because of health reasons wasn't exactly the way I had planned things. I just can't stay in that building that is reeking mildew...
