Hey, everyone. I just have to lose weight at this point in my life, but I'm worried I'll have a hypoglycemic episode if I'm not careful. Is there ANY advice besides eating smaller meals more frequently? I seem to always know when I'm getting shaky, but since I'm in medical school, I am very busy and try to just always carry snacks along. Please let me know what has worked for you. Crackers I can use maybe in emergency situations, but I need to lose weight and am staying away from all rice, pasta, and bread products completely.
