i have real bad hypoglycemia and when i exercise even just dancing 20 min later i get real low and get dizzy and have a bad headache. i tested my blood sugar a few times before i work out and make sure i eat and im safely in the 100's then 20 min later im down to 79. i eat right after like a peanut butter sandwich and milk but then i feel likes its pointless working out cause im having to eat right before and right after my workout. i would just walk but i need to lose weight faster. anyway i tried doing glucose tablets right after my workout seems to be ok but i dont know if its safe to use all the time. what do you do to raise your levels?
