My blood sugar is up then down. 40's and 50's to 300. No one seems to really know about this illness and how to control it. I need help to level out and I don't know how. If I eat it goes up and when I don't it's goes so low I have mental confusion. I was told Hypoglycemia was a complication to my diabetes. I don't understand that when everyone who has diabetes has low sugar if they don't eat. What can you tell me that will help me understand better or help me cope?
