Last night I started to feel short of breath. It was not so much just that my chest felt tight but like I was out of breath really. I wasnt weezing but it felt like something may be wrong with my lungs. I thought it could be a panic attack and I was just over thinking (you know how that is). This lasted about 2 and a half hours. I've had it before and it felt the same way only not as bad. I'm trying to figure out if this is just anxiety or if its something more. I know only a doctor can determine this but if you could tell me your experiences with shortness of breath relating to anxiety or even a breathing problem, I think that may help some. Compare symptoms ya know?
