I was never a hypochondriac before (maybe a little sensitive and suggestive) but I am full blown now. I have massive health anxiety. It all started last March when I went to the ER because I had severe chest pain (and several other symptoms). No heart attack. No real diagnoses. I did have GERD. I think it must have been a panic attack. Then I was totally fine but then this fall the GERD came back. Then right before Thanksgiving, my GYN found a breast lump. Mammogram, sonogram, and biopsy later, it was benign. You might think I would have been relieved, I wasn't. My anxiety when through the roof. I went on klonopin and zoloft and started seeing a therapist. I followed up with a GI (I do have gastritis). And out of the blue during a normal x-ray, they found a bone lesion in my pelvis. I am scheduled for an MRI next week. So, some of these things have been real. But now I am full blown health anxiety over every little thing I feel!

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips. Not interested in being with couples and kids,,,I realize a cruise ship will have a portion size of families and couples, but perhaps they also put together a part of the cruise ship for groups of widows/widowers????
