i had paxil after my 2nd daughter was born and had really bad post natal depression, it was very effective... i tried it more recently but it just blew my head off. i felt terrible and was so so tired so i stopped it.. maybe i wasnt poorly enough for it!!! however its good stuff if you can bear with the side effects (it takes about 3 weeks to start working, and in the mean time it can make you feel worse),.. either way, dont let that put you off, these things effect us all differently, and it could be just what you need!!
