I was diagnosed in October with Hyperthyroidism. My T3 levels were dangerously high. The Endocrinologist said the only method of treatment was to take medication. Too dangerous to do the RAI or surgery. I don't have a growth, just an inflamed thyroid. I feel like a yoyo. I go in every 4 weeks to have lab work done. Meds get "tweaked" making my levels go up and down. Does anyone know how long this will continue? Does it ever level out?
