it varies from person to person. for some their joints will improve when they get older and for others they dont improve and then there are some that gets worse. for example for me, i've gotten worse, i cant do physio as this does not help me infact it makes my joints worse off, you wont know if it get worse till your son is much older. my parents were told i will get better when i'm older, when i stopped growing my joints were by no means better off, infact i've had surgery to fix my joints of which 4 of them have failed. i ccant tell you much other then that and to wait and see what happens, keep up with the physio if it is helping.

my 16 year old is right now having physio to strengthen her joints she seems to have trouble with her hands and knees feet and shoulders it is doing her some good but what most physio people don't understand is people with ehlers-danlos syndrome is with the unstability of the joints more weights won't do the trick what is better is more repetitions is what helps, my daughter is doing this and she is getting better it takes along time some times but better be safe than sorry and cause all kinds of pain and hurt.

i put ice and heat on the joints that are hurting and i found that acupuncture REALLY helps i was almost positive that it would do nothing and it worked wonders!!!

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
