Hello, my name is Heather and I belong to the Fibro community. I just joined this community today. I believe my daughter who will be 3 this Dec. has hyperhidrosis. I will be asking her peds dr at her check up. She has had severe sweaty hands and feet since birth. When she was under 6 months old I mentioned this to her dr and he said it'll go away....Yeah right!! Well she is now almost 3 and when she gets upset or even when playing her hands sweat so bad that you can actually see it dripping off her hands. You can see it on her feet too, but we try to keep socks on her so they help soak up sweat. She can't even open doors anymore. Does anyone have advice for me and my baby girl? What can I do to help her at this age and so give her better future. I don't want her to develop depression if it gets worse. I just want the best for her. Thank You,Heather and Hannah

theatre and I are there already. I'm having a very berry tea with crackers, cheese and cherry tomatoes and she's having a joint with some beer and we're both on really comfy recliners on thick pile carpet. we need some help with the decor if anyone is around??
I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
