Hi there. My seven month old daughter was just diagnosed w/ Benign External Hydrocephalus. Is there anyone on this board who has heard of this? She has enlarged ventricles that are double in size according to the CT scan. She also has external swelling in front of her brain. Her head circumference is off the charts. He wants to wait till she is nine months old and then repeat a CT scan and see if the ventricles are working right I guess and if not then we discuss a shunt. My major worry though is- in one month her head growth increased quite a bit so I don't like waiting for two months to see what happens. She's already developmentally delayed, her left eye wanders out now and then and it seems to me like she gets headaches. Please tell me what you think about all this. I'm so upset....

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips. Not interested in being with couples and kids,,,I realize a cruise ship will have a portion size of families and couples, but perhaps they also put together a part of the cruise ship for groups of widows/widowers????
