I was just wondering if anyone knew what should be done (if anything) if both people have HPV. My boyfriend and I both have it, and we have the type that causes warts, not cancer, but I can't find anything that says if we need to be careful and not have sex during an outbreak or what. Everything I've found only deals with if one person has it and doesn't want to pass it to the next. We both have it, I got it from him, so I'm guessing we don't have to worry that much with when we have sex. I was also wondering if anyone could tell me if they will spread, like for example, if I perform oral sex on him will I develop warts like around my mouth or something? Sorry if these questions seem dumb, I'm new to this and when I found out all my doctor did was give me the aldara cream and send me on my way. Please, any help is greatly appreciated.
