Hi. Well, if you fiance is the only one you had unprotected sex with...then to say it..he must likely was the carrier of the virus. Sometimes, men carry the virus and do not show visible symptoms like warts. Or they rid it before, the warts pop up. It all varies from individual to individual. No, it won't hurt you to have sex with the same partner, because at this point you are both exposed to the same strain. However, it was stressed to me by my gyn/ob to use protection till my dysplasia cleared up.
