I asked the same question to my gyn/ob who specializes greatly in HPV told me it is extremely , extremely low chances to get it in your mouth. Unless, you are immune-comprised, like HIV positive, and if you smoke. Smoking is linked to mouth and oral cancer and if you smoke and also have had exposure to HPV you chances are now greater.
