First of all, hello to everyone.. I'm new here and from what it looks like I'm one of the only males here.. Not sure how welcome I'll be but I'll give it a shot.
I'm 23 and recently I discovered by way of breakout that I have HPV.. I would say 7 or 10, VERY tiny, barely visible warts on my pubic area and the lower portion of my shaft.. My gf was diagnosed over a year ago (abnormal PAP, no warts on her) and I was told by her doctor that as long as I'm not showing symptoms I have nothing to worry about.. So after the breakout I went to the doctor. Pretty embarassing.. I didnt want to go to the family doctor so I went to Planned Parenthood with my gf. I was the ONLY guy there.. To make a long story short, the doctor did a TCA treatment.
Treatment stung for about 2 or 3 minutes. A week later I'm left with pretty much open contact burns on my penis and pubic area! The wound is weeping and almost looks infected.. I'm getting worried about scaring.. The doctor said not to pick the scabs, so I'm not. Not like I'm feeling very sexual at all after this, but the few times I get erections (those uncontrollable times, ie. in the morning etc..) the scab tears from the stretching of the skin. Also afraid this will cause scarring, but there is nothing I can do about that..
Is there anything I can apply to the wound to prevent scarring? Has anyone gotten any bad scarring from TCA acid treatment? Thanks in advance!!

unfortunately it needs time to heal. Keep it as dry as possible but if it begins to get red, feels hot and swelling you need to go back to planned parenthood where they did the treatment and see the doc for infection.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
