I have the same. LSIL -CIN1. It is low grade and usually reverses on it's own. It is ususally linked with genital warts and sometimes it's not. I have both strains. However, my gyn/ob made me do a colposcopy and they have treated my low grade 3x now and said don't come back for 6mons. My warts were removed.
A good way to get it to reverse sooner is to take vitamins. Beta cartone is good for this...3x a day and folic acid 2x a day. It seemed to work for me.
