Hello, I'm new to this community and I'm doing it as support for a friend of mine that just learned she has HPV. I understand there are many different strains of it and I'm not sure which she has, but I wanted to look up any knowledge I can about it so I can provide helpful advice to her. Does anyone have advice on what I can do to help, or maybe a good website for info, treatments, etc. Thanks in advance!!

theatre and I are there already. I'm having a very berry tea with crackers, cheese and cherry tomatoes and she's having a joint with some beer and we're both on really comfy recliners on thick pile carpet. we need some help with the decor if anyone is around??

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
Plus we're very smart! LOL HAHA.
Im sure you can do googling if you would like, there is information on treatments on DS actually about HPV, like Acid or ALdara, or um tea tree oil, laser, etc.
Is your friend aware of DS? THat there is a great support HPV group here.
I have looked for support outside of the internet in person, and its like about herpes or whatever. Nothin just for HPV.
DS is sooo helpful and great place to vent.
