I gave my 2 week notice last Friday 13th. Now to join you fine people in a life of leisure and nothing else to do but to look out for myself....is it just me or does that sound pretty boring? My goal was to live to retire and I guess having to take early retirement because of health reasons wasn't exactly the way I had planned things. I just can't stay in that building that is reeking mildew...

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...

In the meantime eat fresh whole foods, workout, and take vitamins to help boost your immune system and this will also help you with your mind , body, and spirit. I hope you feel better and please come on here and post or leave me message if you're having a hard time, because i know this shit is emotionally draining girl ! but it's better to take it out in writing than bottle it all up. Also, i'm not ''religious'' or anything but i find that praying helps me whenever i'm scared and that this is not going to kill your spirit, and that you're going to make it. You are a lot more stronger than you think :)
xoxo hope you're feeling better
Viruses never go away from your body. You built up immunity to them but there's always a chance for them to "reactivate".
This will pass. LEEP is nothing - I had it done too.
You need to get pap tests yearly - whether you are clear or not. As long as you stay on top of it, get checked out often, it won't develop into cancer. Don't worry. :)
