Now, about warts. It all depends. They found warts internally and externally. Not everyone gets warts, but it is a wart virus, not to say you may get them ..later on. It all depends. The main thing is to realize you are very much apart of a growing stat. 8 out of 10 women by the age of 50 will have at least one HPV infection. My gyn/ob told me you do rid the virus within 2 yrs but you will always so antibodies to the virus, just like chickenpox, mono etc.
The next step for you will most likely be a colpscopy where they examine the cervix and vagina and areas around in greater detail for lesions/warts and if need be a biopsy. They will always treat the dysplasia according the level it is at.
I had TCA put on my cervix which is an acid inorder to slough off the bad cells. This is done during a colpscopy. Get your immune system up and it will be gone.
