I am a 23 year old recent college graduate and was dropped from my parents health coverage. I have had to apply for new coverage and was denied by Blue Shield, after speaking with the agent he explained that is due to the fact that I HPV /high risk/..I just had my yearly Pap in August and it said I was normal. I am going to try to contest it and get a note from my doctor explaining my situation but if that does not work what would be my next option??
