I am sitting here getting my paperwork for taxes ready to send to the accountant. I am finding that online bank is making the job so much easier.

Good food, laughter of children, my grandlittles (who recently sent me a homemade princess crown) and the scale going [finally] in the right direction. These are things that make me smile.

Telling a three year old after their program is over they need to go to bed...the program finishes and you tell them it's time and the say..no mom, man said be back in a moment...had to laugh and I have remembered that moment for 37 years..

Silly things that make me smile?...my dogs' antics...especially the Boxer pup...my BFF and her crazy life...Status Shuffle on facebook...the bad jokes and one-liners my cousin sends me on a daily basis...

Other things that make me smile...my daughters, my grand-babies, hearing or seeing someone I love say "I love you"...birdsongs, sunshine on my face, favorite songs, good reports and "well done" from the doctors; the numbers on the scale going DOWN instead of UP (that's a major one...lol...)...the list goes on and on and on...I am so blessed...so very blessed...

    I gave my 2 week notice last Friday 13th. Now to join you fine people in a life of leisure and nothing else to do but to look out for myself....is it just me or does that sound pretty boring? My goal was to live to retire and I guess having to take early retirement because of health reasons wasn't exactly the way I had planned things. I just can't stay in that building that is reeking mildew...

    I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
