I had my port placed 6 days ago. At first it wasn't too bad. Now it is making me nuts. I am on blood thinners so I have a ton of bruising but I was wondering what everyone else experienced post-op. Did you have significant bruising and soreness? How long before it felt better? I am starting to think that this was a bad decision. I was having a lot of pain in my arms during and after chemo so we decided that this would make it better. Right now, I would rather have the pain in my arms than this!
