Hives is a relatively common form of allergic reaction that causes raised red skin welts. These welts can range in diameter from 5 mm (0.2 inches) or more, itch severely, and often have a pale border. Urticaria is generally caused by direct contact with an allergenic substance, or an immune response to food or some other allergen. Hives can also be caused by stress.

Like probably most of you.... i have the dreaded chronic idiopathic urticaria. And have been to doctors and they don't kno what is causing my hives and i had an allergy test done a few months ago and am not allergic to anything.....
I can handle the hives. But I can't handle this feeling that I have constantly with this. Tight throat. I have reallllllly bad anxiety over the hives. really bad. I am always afraid that something is going to swell or my tongue is going to swell or my tonsils are going to swell.....and then a few months ago.... I started having this tight throat feeling.
The dr said that she doesn't think its from hives, but its from acid reflux or my anxiety.
I even saw an ENT and they stuck something down my throat to look and saw nothing.
I just don't kno what to do. Im always afraid that my throat is going to close up from hives.

Only thing you must take them before a big meal like supper or lunch. Do not take and then skit food, they might upset your stomach. Just the nature of the vitamin.

I suggest you keep a food diary and track your food intake and find out what triggers your hives. We are all different, so we react differently to different foods.
