also check amazon for this topic, there are plenty of social workers that work with these couples and have written about it and published. It's not so much the serodischordancy that's the focus here, It really comes down to (IMHO) how to have safer sex and make it enjoyable. Not the serodischordancy.
Most people don't get tested together before starting a relationship, then one gets sick and they find out and either the other one has already become infected or not. People just don't get tested, they are afraid. So applying information on how to have safer sex, from communication to consumation would be a real great place to start.
Being anal sex is the most common transmission route for HIV in gay sex, I avoid it altogether even though with condoms it is generally considered safe. They can break or be defective so I don't even want to take that risk with my other half, but that is an individual decision that you can work out. Just do some reading and take it from there.
