Today I am totally stoked. My 4 yr old is now 5 and my 8 yr old has all A's and 1 B (a 91) and my soon-to-be 2 yr old is doing NICELY! I got up yesterday a' la 5 am and my day did not end until 2 am! Sooo I would assume my health/stamina is good. (Quasi-lab work) I had breakfast, snack, and a party with my 4/5 yr old, read a book to his class & had each child and teachers sign it, took pictures & him shopping, surprised him with gifts (both publicly and privately), played with the toys, ate cake, sang "Happy Birthday" one million times, WHEW... THEN attended my 8 yr olds Award Ceremony...THEN delivered personalized giftbags...THEN went to work (3-10:20 pm)...THEN picked up the boys from their father came home and ate and played until 2 am when the birthday boy and I fell asleep in my bed (with a Spiderman poster on the ceiling protecting us) I had requested the same the night before so we would bring the day in together, just as we had years ago when we first met. It touched me that he chose to end his day in such a profound fashion! Needless to say, I am very fulfilled and feel an overwhelming sense of accomplishment and pride. I LOVE MY BOYS!!

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
You go girl!
BE WELL.
