As for coping, that's the bigger part of it. Therapy (and maybe psych drugs) are important. Then there's the usuals: exercise, water, good diet, supportive friends. I also think reading and writing are important in coping with the virus. Many studies indicate that long term survivors are usually people who are active in volunteer work, so that may be something to consider.

educated patients are healthier patients. if you cant find the information about truvada, i'll be glad to look it up for you and send what i find, while im in the course of my own research everyday, stopping to help others find information is a nice way for me to take a break from my own stuff, and do some good for others.
