they say smoking doesnt cause hbp but smoking doesnt help it and can cause medication not to work well but it is so hard i can go sometimes two days and then end up lighting up and then cut back two seven or eight aday when im working it is alot easier but all the days off with the hoildays makes it harder i cant stay that busy i guess you have to much time to think about it has anybody had this hard of time with this i must not have any will power at all dr says to keep my stress level down then i try to quit smoking that is stressful so im not sure if im doing more harm than good by trying to quit living with other smokers dont help the matter has anyone quit and did it lower your bp any i read about one girl she said she didnt have hbp till she quit and then hers went up about two weeks after she quit strange but i guess it coulh happen
