I am 21 years old and have been diagnosed with high blood pressure. I am currently taking 5 mg of lisinopril. I just got my blodd pressure checked yesterdaz and it was 166/80. I am currenly out of the country and am in contact with my doctor via email. He said to wait a couple days and take my blood pressure again and report back to him with those numbers. I worry a lot about things and would love some help from people dealing with this same problem. Is the 166/80 something I should reallz worry about and how bad is it? Please reply and thank you so much for your help!
