Blood pressure is like 140 over 90, sometimes when I'm monitoring it go's higher. Some people have told me I'm having a heart attack, others tell me its Angina.. All I know is I have been experiencing it my whole life and hasn't killed me yet. The pain is tolerable and sometimes last 3 days and then finially go's away. With that I start exercising again, and eating well and my BP will come down to sometimes 110 over 70 or less and I feel great. Then my eating and propensity to be lazy creeps back over me and the whole scenario repeats itself 3 or 4 months later. Anyone else experience this? I know, go see a doctor... Well, when you have no health insurance, eating right and exercise is my only option. Anyone?

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips. Not interested in being with couples and kids,,,I realize a cruise ship will have a portion size of families and couples, but perhaps they also put together a part of the cruise ship for groups of widows/widowers????
