Hello all i am a 32 yr old stay at home mom with high blood pressure, mild depression, OCD, PTSD, GAD. I just started taking a diaretic 2 weeks ago and she upped my dosage. Yesterday it was at 143/93. I don't have any stress. My anxiety is under control so that isn't the problem. I checked my blood sugar this morning ( I am not diabetic, but had gestational diabetes) and it was at 150 an hour and a half after taking the med, and eating a bananna. What can anyone tell me about living with high blood pressure and getting it under control, and about eating and exercise. My grandma who is 77 has high blood pressure and has heart trouble. I just need to understand all of this... Thanks.

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips. Not interested in being with couples and kids,,,I realize a cruise ship will have a portion size of families and couples, but perhaps they also put together a part of the cruise ship for groups of widows/widowers????
