I am at a loss with this high blood pressure stuff. I am 34 years old, in good shape and was diagnosed almost 2 years ago with high blood pressure. I have been on many medications and up to 7 at a time. I am now down to two medications a day for blood pressure and am constantly dragging I'm so tired all the time. I don't know if it's the medications or if it's because my blood pressure is down. It is averaging 120/70 and I'm lethargic all the time. Any suggestions would be great! Thanks!

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips. Not interested in being with couples and kids,,,I realize a cruise ship will have a portion size of families and couples, but perhaps they also put together a part of the cruise ship for groups of widows/widowers????
