Either take a supplement or get the doc to prescribe you a HCTZ/Potassium combo pill like Hyzaar. You can get a generic combo pill for $4.00 a month at Walmart.
On the non-rx side, I've heard good things about dandelion tea, uva ursi and of course, taking extra potassium. Garlic can help,too.
