Now wouldn't this be helpful to all! But what is really the root cause? I have had HPB since my late 30's even when my weight was down the BP was still up.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse.
