I'm new to this group but not to hb/p, have had it awhile, really need to find ways to get it down, on several meds, they help, for awhile it seems then it jumps up high again with meds, and I get stronger ones each time.My last Dr. visit , he was very concerned,it was so high he wouldn't tell me the exact number, but said my ht.rate was 130. and my bottom number was way over 100, he told me to go straight home and take another whole lopressor and rest.I also have "white coat syndrome" anyone else have that?My b/p is always high but let me go for a Dr. visit and it soars, I don't get it but it seems to be true, and very frustrating.I know I'm walking a thin line with it so high and need toget it under control, thought maybe I can get some advice, encouragment, and tips todo that here.blues...
