Am new to the site and new to my diagnosis of HS. Have had it for about 10 yrs now and have realised that my Psoriasis symptoms probably started around the same time. Was wondering if it is an autoimmune similarity. Also, I just had a thought. About 4 yrs back when I was yet again trying to get a diagnosis/treatment for my HS I had an ultrasound of my breasts and found to have Fibrocytic breast disease. Could this be related as well? I had surgical removal of my armpit tract about 3 weeks ago now and am very happy, but I am busy researching laser hair removal now. I am just very hesitate to do anything that is going to irritate my skin too much and therefore make me develop Psoriasis in that area. My life or body it would seem, is a page of pro's and con's, but feels like treatments are also a game of Russian Roulette.

I just can't stay in that building that is reeking mildew...
