Thought I would share a soap I have been using for a couple weeks that has been helping me a bit. It's called Yardley Of London Oatmeal and Almond. My skin is softer since I have started using it and some of my sores have broke open soooo much easier. I don't know if this is from the oatmeal, which is good for the skin, or because the soap has a slight exfoliating quality to it. A bonus is that the soap has a great smell to it that works to mask some odor issues for a awhile for me. I am still using the Hibiclens daily also. I found it at Walmart and it's less than a dollar a bar!!

I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
